Shipping

Prints are shipped globally – rolled and delivered in a mailing tube, signed for and fully insured.

UK print shipping: Free

Frames are shipped globally – if you are based outside of the UK, please email first to confirm the courier and insurance required for your location.

UK framed print shipping: £30
Global framed print shipping: £50

Please allow 5 business days for printing and an additional 7 days for framing if applicable.

Please be aware of customs and duty fees that you may be liable to pay in any location outside of the EU. LOUISAWS.com cannot be held responsible for shipment returns due to unpaid customs fees.

Prints

Images are printed on either Hahnemühle Photorag 308 gsm, or Fuji Crystal C-type Matt 231 gsm – the specific paper will be listed on the corresponding product page, both print types are of archival quality.

Each print includes a white border to allow space for presentation, handling and signing. All prints are signed and numbered by the photographer.

Custom sizes are available upon request.

All prints are limited edition (unless stated otherwise on the product page) and available in runs of between 20 and 150 depending on the image and size.

FRAMING

All frames are bespoke and handmade in the UK. Materials are of archival quality and acid-free, glazing is UV resistant, shatterproof acrylic glass. Each frame ships with hanging hardware.

Unmounted, box framed prints will display both the edition number and photographer’s signature. Frames that include mounts, will be matted to the edge of the photograph, concealing the edition number and signature.

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are delivered digitally via email. Gift cards have no expiry date. Each gift card email will have a unique code, this code can be entered at checkout on LOUISAWS.com to subtract the gift card value from the order total. Custom gift card amounts are available upon request.

Returns

All works are made to order and are therefore non-refundable.
